Samoa's indoor rowing records. The best times set on the rowing machine by rowers eligible for Samoa, by category, by island and by school, for the current season and for all time.
Six distances are recorded: 500 m, 1,000 m, 1,500 m, 2,000 m, 5,000 m and 6,000 m. Each book shows the top ten and how many rowers it holds. A rower appears once in a book, with their best time. Some books hold a single result. They are shown that way rather than hidden. Where the same time was set on the same day, the place is shared and shown as 1=.
Records are computed from the results the Association holds. They are not typed in. The rules are on their own page: equipment, verification, age bands, ties, and how to dispute a time.
These leaderboards feed the Virtual Indoor Sprints and Virtual Indoor Championships. Selection for overseas trips is by National Selection Trials, run separately.
